The Need for Being Focused is Real.

I have decided to write a book and hopefully have it finished by March of 2018.

So I need to get busy with that.

I have it started and about 600 words written, that was from yesterday.
It is going to be a fiction serial killer kinda book.

I know there are thousands of them out there. Stephen King says Writing is about getting happy. “Writing isn’t about making money, getting famous, getting dates, getting laid or making friends. Writing is magic, as much as the water of life as any other creative art. The water is free. So drink.”

Horror/mystery/thriller genre is what makes me happy. I loved watching horror movies when I was very young. I grew up watching horror and I still enjoy a good scary horror flick.

I certainly don’t think it will be a best seller – in my dreams yes. But in reality, I will be grateful just to finish it.

And I would like to at least get one of the books on paper so I will be self-publishing it. That way I know for sure it will be published.

I have my close friends who all know about it and are patiently waiting to get their own copy. They make me feel good with the confidence boost they give me with each short story I write.

So over the next few months, I will be focused on my book.
