So Death is Feeling Down and Seeks Medical Help Part 2 is seeing a psychiatrist for really bad depression.
The Dr has suggested that Death dress in a different color suit besides black.
Death asked the Dr what color he suggests the Grim Reaper wear, seeing how Death is depressing.
The Dr said, “actually death should be a celebration of one’s life.”
The Grim Reaper said, “so you’re saying I should dress in a fun color?” The Dr said, “not so much a fun color but just not black.” So Death decides he will take the Dr’s advice and try a new color.
Death walks down the sidewalk to the tailor to get a new suit. He enters the tailor’s shop and talks to the owner. Death said, “I am the Grim Reaper you may call me Death.”
The tailor says, “Why are you here Death? Are you here to take me or my family away?” Death said, “No I am here for a new suit in the color of purple.”
The tailor said, “but black looks so good on you, why do you want to change it?” Death told the tailor about him being so depressed. And that the Dr had suggested he change the color of his suit.
The tailor said, “well I can see how blackness can make you depressed, so do you want a dark purple then?” Death said, “Yes, darker the better but just not black.”

So the tailor took down Death’s measurements. He then told Death to come back in three days and the suit would be ready. Death left the tailor’s and got back to work.
We all know the Grim Reaper, the black-cloaked, scythe-wielding personification of death. We all know exactly who he is and what he wants. He comes for every person, hourglass in hand, waiting for the last grain of sand to fall.
When it does, he collects the soul with a well-practiced cut of his razor-sharp blade. It may not be a pleasant image, but it is clear and unmistakable.
He comes for every person, hourglass in hand, waiting for the last grain of sand to fall.
So in three days Death returns to the tailor’s shop and picks up his new suit. He tries on the new suit and asks the tailor what he thought of it. The tailor said, “Death it looks stunning on you.”
This pleased Death and he could already feel a difference in how he felt about himself. The Dr must have been right. All Death needed was a new color of a suit to brighten his dark demeanor. And to make himself feel better for what he had to do.
Death returned back to his job of walking the planet in search of souls and he finally felt better for having to do so. He received many compliments on his new suit and this made him feel better.
